He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places. Psalms 18:33

“You may have to carry her, Hinds. Visibility is almost zero. If she missteps it can be fatal. I would take her down myself but … I cannot see through …
“I’ll get her down safely.”
It sounded like an impossible feat. A sudden drop. Rahel gasped. Down was a long way. Was he as sure footed as they claimed? She felt like she was floating. What if they fell? It would be fatal ... Nervousness and apprehension caused palpitations; palpitations bred weakness… She always buckled under pressure...
But his (Hinds) feet were sturdy. He knew the track although it was barely visible. And he was agile. He was empowered to make progress on the mountain in the midst of trouble; so that, in the face of her weakness he became her strength.
