"He Will Carry You" by Petra Pierre - Robertson
A hind navigating a craggy rock |
He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places. Psalms 18:33
“She couldn’t see the
base. …
A thick, white mist surrounded them atop the high mountain.
“You may have to carry her,
Hinds. Visibility is almost zero. If she missteps it can be fatal. I would take her down myself but … I cannot
see through …
“I’ll get her down safely.”
It sounded like an impossible
feat. A sudden drop. Rahel gasped. Down
was a long way. Was he as sure footed as
they claimed? She felt like she was
floating. What if they fell? It would be fatal ... Nervousness and apprehension caused
palpitations; palpitations bred weakness… She always buckled under
pressure...
But his (Hinds) feet
were sturdy. He knew the track although
it was barely visible. And he was
agile. He was empowered to make progress
on the mountain in the midst of trouble; so that, in the face of her weakness
he became her strength. She was secure
although her feet were almost gone…” Excerpt from “The Sixth Day” by Petra Pierre – Robertson (Pages 13 & 14)
Read deeper. Read between the
lines. As 2019 winds down, be assured,
if you stick with the Guide, He will make your feet like surefooted Hinds and
navigate you down your craggy inclines.
Blessings!
